We want you to be completely happy with your Apparatus Iron purchase. If you are not satisfied, our return policy is as follows:
-If you or the recipients simply do not like the items, we will fully refund the price of the purchase plus the original shipping charge upon receipt of the pieces at our studio*. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
-If the pieces arrive damaged, contact the shipper or Apparatus Iron to place a claim. We will then replace the pieces at no extra charge to you.
-If the pieces are defective (perish the thought), please contact us and we will arrange to exchange them at no additional cost to you.
All returns must be within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
*For your protection: all returns should be shipped via a service that offers tracking (such as UPS or FedEx) or proof of delivery.
